Advantex Wastewater Treatment

Recently, I have been working with Andrew Brownstone, at Biosphere Consulting, a professional geologist about the prospect of using treated household wastewater for subsurface irrigation in the landscape.  The system which he frequently installs treats household wastewater so effectively, that it is considered my many municipalities to be usable as an irrigation source.  To put the amount of water in perspective, I believe that there is easily enough household wastewater generated in a typical urban household to irrigate a well appointed standard city lot!  Its exciting, not only would a house almost completely eliminate an irrigation water bill, but would also be returning this used water to the ground where it belongs, instead of to the treatment plant.  We will keep you up to date as this work progresses.
